TONYA ENSIGN was inspired to create emagineGreen after an ‘Aha!’ moment in which she realized she wanted to live a greener life but didn’t know where to begin. A former executive with Honeywell, she has over 20 years experience in finance, strategic planning, leadership development, and change management.  A successful Corporate Director & experienced Executive Coach, she brings both executive and entrepreneurial experience to the leadership of emagineGreen. Tonya lives in Scottsdale, AZ and Durango, CO where she loves to spend time in the outdoors with her family.

SUSAN HALL leads finance, administration and operations. A Controller with years of experience building a leading manufacturer in the crafting industry, she is an expert in system implementation, inventory management and all things financial. Trained in Kaizen, she is always looking for continuous improvement opportunities. She felt emagineGreen™ would educate her on how to live a greener life, as well as everyone
else they touched along the way. She lives in Avondale, AZ where she might be found spending time with her dogs or riding on the back of her husband’s motorcycle enjoying all Arizona has to offer.

PATTY WANTA handles marketing, branding and copywriting. With over 7 years as a Marketing and Account Manager in the floor covering industry, she knows what it takes to grow a good idea into a successful market leader using the web, print, PR and virtually any other means of communication. She thrives on the personal meaning and creativity involved in her work with emagineGreen™. Her family lives in Madison, WI where she
enjoys shopping the Farmer’s Market, eating cheese or sitting in front of the fireplace with a good book.

LINDA SWEENEY — the Original greenCoach™ — recruits, inspires and trains our network of greenCoaches™. Or in the words of her 7-year-old-son, “My mom saves the world.” Prior to joining emagineGreen, Linda worked for MCI and later, XO communications. With almost 20 years experience in the
telecommunications industry, her various responsibilities included product marketing and management, training and sales applications. In addition to her work with emagineGreen™, Linda volunteers for her children’s PTA organization, is kindergarten room mom for her daughter and is a Boy Scout leader for her son.

SARAH DOUGLAS is emagineGreen’s graphic designer and owner of gaiacreative (www.gaiacreative.com). The word gaia means ‘earth mother’ — a serendipitous match to the emagineGreen philosophy. After working for design firms in the Aspen area for six years, Sarah established gaiacreative in 2005 and joined emagineGreen in 2007. She teaches yoga, loves to cook and spend time outdoors in the mountains. She lives in Louisville, CO.

NANCY LUDWIG has over 25 years experience in marketing, sales and product areas. A former buyer and category manager for Target, she left corporate America to start her own business over ten years ago and has enjoyed being an entrepreneur ever since. Nancy is involved in everything necessary to find a great ecoProduct and package it in a way that is meaningful to our customers. She works closely with Lisa on sourcing and closely with Patty & Sarah to develop sales and marketing tools. She also collaborates with Linda to ensure the greenHouse hears the ‘voice of our coaches’ and incorporates that voice into our product decisions. In her spare time, Nancy practices yoga and spends time with her adorable pooch, Poco.

KATHY SENFT brings over 25 years experience to the emagineGreen team. Lovingly referred to as “Mom”, she helps out with too many areas to list! If you call the main office number, chances are you’ll hear her cheerful voice on the other end. Kathy has worked as an assistant in legal & accounting firms and was a preschool teacher for 10 years. She is certified in Early Childhood Development and currently volunteers at the Crisis Nursery. She is also the proud mother of two bright and successful daughters. In her spare time, you might find at her cabin in northern AZ or on the lake reeling in a ‘big one’ with her husband who is a profisherman.

KATHLEEN GEORGE works in product development and sourcing to find our customers the best products with the highest ecoScore rating possible. Kat has ten years of experience in market research, category management, product line development and brand building for companies selling products through major retailers such as Michaels and PetSmart. She enjoys traveling, playing piano, painting, paper crafting and hanging out with her husband Bill and Shih Tsu, Tommyboy. Her combination of ecoConscious interests and analytical and creative skills are a great fit for the emagineGreen ecoTeam. 

MIKE GANDER is emagineGreen’s webmaster and IT mastermind. He has ten years experience with design, implementation and maintenance of large computer networks as well as years of experience with practical IT solutions for emerging businesses. His unique ability to ‘speak in english’ as well as ‘speak tech talk’ is really appreciated by the team. He not only possesses exceptional communication skills, but also the technical know-how to get the job done. In his spare time he may be found hanging out with his wife, Stephanie and son, Ethan or playing with his doggie, Kody.
